As per the official guideline of GTV route-1 (academic or researcher position), it requires you to have an eligible job offer to be eligible for this route.

My query is "what if a person has already accepted an eligible job offer and has used that offer to apply for a skilled worker visa and currently working on the role, can he use the same (eligible) job offer to apply for GTV now?" Or once the job is started, the same offer cannot be used?

I guess you can apply for route 4 for sure as you have "advanced post"

The issue I am facing with route 4 is that I don't have a Ph.D. or various research publications (just one).
