GTV Peer Review Route without PhD

I wanted to ask if someone from this forum has successfully got the peer review track of GTV without a PhD? I want to apply for this route (exceptional promise) because:
- I have more than 5 years of experience (industrial and research)
- Have one research publication
- Currently working as a KTP associate (funded by Innovate UK)
