Hi,

I need some info regarding visa status of my newborn.

I am on Global Talent Visa and my wife is on Dependent visa and we just had a baby.

Do I need to apply for his dependent visa now or when me or my wife extend or change visa from Global Talent Visa?

Please give all the details possible.

You should apply sooner rather than later.

The baby only gets 3 months free NHS care, after that it is charged at 150% cost if they do not have a visa.

So if your wife is still on a skilled worker dependent visa, I suggest you apply for gtv dependent visas for both at the same time sooner rather than later.
