Hi,

I held a Tier 2 visa for 1 year before switching to a Global Talent visa which I held for a year and a half. For some reason, I have not managed to get to 3 years so that I can apply for ILR. Now I am applying for endorsement for GTV and I am wondering if I need to have a 3/5 years visa to reach ILR or if my previous Tier 2 and Global Talent visa would count toward that.

Is this to do with the difficult situation you created by becoming an EU citizen and your obs dependent spouse, whose visa has already expired?
