I got an offer as a Lecturer. University is offering me sponsorship(Skilled Worker VISA). My ATAS Certificate is in process.

I am interested in GTV route 4. If I will apply for endorsement and I become unsuccessful.

Will there be any impact of the unsuccessful endorsement of GTV route 4 on my Sponsorship VISA (Skilled Worker VISA)?

If i get Skilled Worker Visa in the start for 3 years (with family) and then convert it in to GTV after 6 month.

Do i need to pay "Health Insurance again" as i have already paid it for 3 years ??

Yes, you have to pay ihs with each application you make.

You can request a refund of the overlap from skilled worker visa payment.

Usually how long such refund will take ? as i was looking a post that refund is near to impossible.

If you can get one, it takes several weeks.

At GTV main applicant become eligible for ILR after 3 years.

1. What about his dependents duration over 18 years (at the time of main applicant ILR)?

Your dependents will qualify for ilr when they have 5 years residence

Children over 18 are expected to still be dependent and not be leading an independent life and evidence will need to be provided for visa extensions and ilr.
