GTV - biometrics appointment after current visa expiry

Hi,
I submitted my GTV Stage 2 application yesterday. I am trying to book appointment for biometrics. The only free appointments are available after 30th October (in and around my city) while my visa expires on 26th October. Paid appointments are available earlier. Will booking the free appointment after 30th October have any impact on my immigration/ilr eligbility? What are the possible consequences of submitting biometrics after visa expiry?
