Dependent Visas After Switching to Global Talent Visa

Hello all,
I have a Skilled Worker visa, and my family (spouse and children) have dependent visas issued under my Skilled Worker visa. We moved to France 11 months ago after I resigned from my job in the UK. I have now received an endorsement for a Global Talent visa.
If I apply for and receive my Global Talent visa from outside the UK, can my family travel with me on their previous dependent visas (issued while I was on the Skilled Worker visa)?
Are there any references or advice on understanding the situation for dependents in this case?

Entering the UK to Switch to Global Talent Visa

Hello all,
I have a Skilled Worker visa and left the UK 11 months ago after resigning from my job. I have recently received an endorsement for a Global Talent visa.
Can I enter the UK to make a visa application to switch from my existing Skilled Worker visa to the Global Talent visa? Would the border force allow entry for this reason?

Your previous employer would have informed ukvi hoetly after you left your job and this would trigger a curtailment usually.
However if you left the uk, it is possible ukvi cancelled your visa (they will know you left) and you wouldn't necessarily be notified of this either. You could therefore be denied entry to the uk and returned to your home country.
Why can't you apply for the gtv from where you are? It is not mandatory to switch within the uk.

If your visa was cancelled, their visas would also have been cancelled.
It makes no difference applying from abroad as all of your continuous residence has already been broken.

Thanks for your prompt response. The visas are still valid and have not been curtailed yet (I can still verify the BRPs online).

Thanks again for your quick response. It is not about the continuous residence, would it be possible for my family to enter the UK on their previous dependent visas (provided they have not yet been curtailed/cancelled) with me as I get my Global Talent visa from outside of the UK. Would they cancel my family's visas when they grant the Global Talent visa?

Why are you insisting in travelling to the UK to apply for a GTV when you can comfortably do it from abroad? The endorsement is the hardest part and you already got it.

I wouldn't take this as a reference.
The status online sometimes is not updated immediately, it can take even several months to reflect the current status.

I am just exploring the possibility if that's something legally doable. If not that's not a problem, I can apply from my current location. I am not an EU citizen, I am a temp resident here.
The only reason I was asking if this would be helpful in using my family's existing visas to bring them into the UK, so they can live until the previous visas are valid (please see my other post, they hold dependent visas on the skilled worker route).

As advised above, once you left your job the sponsor has a duty to report termination to UKVI and then a curtailment process starts. This is also extended to your dependants.
It doesn't matter what the BRP expiry dates are or what you can see on the status online, it is almost certain that all your visas were cancelled. It's a very risky move to attempt entering the UK with those documents.
