Extension of dependants GTV after main applicant has received ILR

Hi Everyone,

I spent 3 years in the UK on GTV (initially SW) and got my ILR. I have a wife and 2 children whose current visas will expire in Aug 2025 (they need them up to March 2027 to be eligible for ILR), so I want to extend their visas now and have a couple of questions about this. I would be very grateful if someone could help me to answer them.

1. Do I understand correctly, that I should apply in https://www.gov.uk/global-talent/your-p ... d-children, at the "How to apply/extend or switch as a partner" section and then add to this form my children?

2. In this form they ask for my (main applicant with ILR) visa end date. What should I put here? This date highly influences overall IHS payment (so if I put it in 10 years, they ask me to pay IHS for the family for 10 years; if I put it "I don't know" here they calculate IHS for 5 years). Should I put here March/April 2027 when they will be eligible for ILR?

3. Is it possible/reasonable to extend my GTV visa along with their visas for 2 years, or apply for a family visa instead of GTV extension?

Your insights in this urgent matter would be greatly appreciated.
