Can a dependent WP still work in UK, if the WP holder leaves

Hi,

Can I (On a dpendent WP) still work in UK, if the WP holder spouse has to go back to India for some time.

Spouse's WP is valid till next year.

Please let me know..

If the WP holder is going back to India for a short duration (Holiday, Project handover etc) then you should have no problems.

But if the WP holder is going back to India on completion of the assignment etc then the dependants have to go back to India as well.
