how is the market for management consulting?

how is the market for management consulting? Skills are BPR (Business process reengineering), Process analysis, business analysis and performance Improvement.

3 yrs of IT experience and 2 yrs of Management consulting exp. Currently with PricewaterCoopers as a Sr Consultant.

Any advisce, suggestion or pointers to jobs are gr8ly appreciated.
