Will the people ,who travek to UK in Visitor Visa be able to apply for HSMP.Please advise on this....

You question was not written correctly.
travel to UK on Visitor visa
be able - are allowed

A HSMP candiate needs to qualify in 'English language requirement' category as well.

Sorry, I think it was used correctly in that context. In fact what you suggest sounds weird:

Will the people ,who travek to UK in Visitor Visa are allowed to apply for HSMP.Please advise on this....

I do not think a person on a visitor visa who has travelled to UK is allowed to make an in-country application for Tier 1.
In other words in-country switch to Tier 1 from visitor visa is not allowed.

dnicky is correct.

You cannot change status from a visitor Visa to any other kind in country, you must go back to your country of origin in order to apply for leave to remain.


And good god, if all we did was check each others grammar on here we'd never help anyone! :shock:
