work permit

Hi I am having no luck with my issue, and was wondering if someone could help, I am a 36 yr old South African and am desperatly wanting a work permit for Ireland, I have worked in Casinos for 18 years, so that is the line of work i would like to continue, but are the Casinos in Ireland legal?
