Job discussion for ECM professionals

Hi,
I invite all professionals working on various ECM technologies like FileNet,Documentum,Share Point,Interwoven,Vignette etc. holding Tier1(HSMP) for a discussion on the ECM job situation in UK. All members working on ECM technologies in UK are requested to post their experience regarding the ECM job situation in UK. Also professionals who are holding a visa but are yet to travel are requested to post their experiences.
I would like to start by introducing myself . I am a Documentum professional with 5 years of experience in Documentum and Java/J2EE. I hold a Tier 1 visa which is currently valid till 2012. I am looking forward to come to UK within the next 6 months. Any views,opinions and suggestions are welcome.
