How to find job without agencies

There are many job advertisements on UK's job sites. However, it seemed that all professional positions (e.g.software programmer, electronic engineer...) were posted by agency.
I hate agency because last year I encounter big problems with the agencies.

(1)Agencies have no any purpose except forwarding the job advertisement and forwarding correspondences.
(2)The agency not allow me to contact the company directly, the company also cannot contact me (even after interview), it's inconvenient.
(3)I applied several different job positions via different agencies, but at last I noticed that they are actually working on a same company (and even same position). Sometimes one employers received my CV 4 times via different agencies.
(4)Agencies charges 20~40% of your first year salary. Although the commision fee was paied by employer, but where the employer's money come from? it's come from my work achievements!
(5)The aim of agency is to sell out more candidates, but is not to sell me as soon as possible.

Fortunatelly, last year I found a website which send me the job advertisements via emails everyday without agencies. The emails told me which companies are recruiting, and also the webpages of these companies. It chages £16/month. I successfully found a job with help of this website last year.
This year I want to look for other job positions. But that website is no longer available now. Does anybody know is there any similar website which issueing job advertisements without agencies?
