I am getting numerous calls for jobs in UK for specific domain experience as listed below.

C/C++ Unix.
Telecom Domain: GSM/GPRS ., RLC/MAC/RRC, 3G

Since, I am not taking up further interviews, recruiters always ask for references..,

basically guys who are already there in England and looking for change... that will include HSMP and guys with WP....

WP is bound to a certain employer and cannot be used for another employer not can it be "transferred"

So does it mean your contacts are ready to sponsor a candidates WP if required?

Yes., for the right candidate., but, they will interview them in UK...,
anyway., the main onus is on the profile.... if the profile matches., and they are satisfied, they are ready to do the needful....
