naric letter of comparability

Post by renovator » Sun May 30, 2010 11:08 am

If one receives a Naric letter of comparability stating that a particular foreign degree ‘is comparable to British Bachelor Degree standard ‘, does that automatically mean that it is therefore not ‘Honours’ degree standard and therefore is not 2:1, or 2:2 or third class degree?...that it is in fact an Ordinary (or unclassified )degree?

I ask, because 'wikepedia' states that most British Bachelor Degrees are Honours Degree.

Also , does the ‘Taught in English ‘refer to the degree or qualification , or might it refer to a particular subject within a degree , such as ‘College English’ ?
