Hi, I am currently on a WP sponsored by my company. I got 2 job offers and both have told that they will process my WP.

I have 2 months notice from my current employer and I would like to keep both the offers open for some time before deciding after a month. Is it legal to ask both the employers to process my WP?

I dont see any legal obstacle for that. But what I would do to secure things is to anticipate how long time a WP decion takes and then ask the next employer to make starting date 2 months later. So if he applies on 4 april, lets say 1 month WP app, and then I would ask him to start the contract on 1 July.

Once WP is taken, I would give the notice. I wouldnt give notice before WP is secured.
