Which Java/JEE related IT Skills in demand in UK ?

I am planning to arrive in London in Jan.

I want to know what are the Java, JEE related skills that are in demand in UK. Some of the skills I am considering are: Spring, Hibernate, Ajax, JSF, Facelets, Adobe Flex, WebServices(Axis 2).

It will be difficult to master all these technologies by Jan but at least I can attempt to get familiar with some of them which are related to each other and are in most demand/highest paid in UK.

About my profile:
7+ years of development, design using:
Java (1.5), JSP, Struts (1.2) - good at it, EJB (2.0) bit of it, Hibernate 3.0 (bit of it), o), WebLogic 9.2, Oracle 10g, MS SQL, WinCVS, Rational Rose, UML, Toad, Eclipse, Ant, JavaScript (Good at it), HTML-DHTML (Good at it).
Domain: Work flow management applications, e-commerce web sites, CRM.

Kindly advice on what set of technologies I need to focus.
