Eligibility for apprenticeship

I got my British Citizenship in November 2020 (UKF) and moved to the UK in March 2021. Its been one year I have been trying to get an apprenticeship but it always gets declined because I haven’t been living in the UK for 3 consecutive years. How could have I lived in the UK if I only got my citizenship in last 1 year? Is there anyway possible for if I can get through this (Immigration Act 1971) to get an apprenticeship?
