Do we have to certify tenany agreemnt, if copies r submitted

Hi,

My name is Mohammed, I am planning to apply for a spouse visa for myself. My wife is working in UK and she is a valid work permit holder of Indian Nationality. I have gone through this site and Kalayami's FAQ but I have few quuestion pls help.
My question is

Do we have to ceritfy the tenancy agreement? i am going to submit only the photocopies?

Are there any other documents other than passport and wp approval letter that needs to be certified?

From this site I have gathered the following information.

Documents to be submitted are
1. Sponsor's certified passport copies
2. Sponspor's WP approval letter
3. A letter from my wife (sponsor) stating her willing to sponsor me
4. Tenancy agreement
5. Her appointment letter showing her salary , designation
6. Bank statements for the last 6 months
7. Marriage ceritificate,Marriage photos, invite cards
8. Pay slips

Is there anything else that needs to be submiited?
