Notorising documents?

Post by bigphil » Thu Dec 19, 2013 12:06 am

Hi guys,

Just wondered, what documents (if any...) require notorising?

In my case, I'm a british born citizen, with all necessary paperwork, and I'm preparing the majority of our VISA along with her documents etc,

We're both providing a certified copy of our birth certificates / my passport and her actual passport.

Is it worth / necessary getting any of my employment paperwork / tenancy agreements notorised?

I assume the bank stamping my bank statements is enough verification for those...

Many thanks..

phil

I assume this is for spouse leave. So long as the specified evidence (click) is provided (with company letterhead etc.) there shouldn't be an issue. Although now immaterial, the 'sponsor's' passport only needs to be copied, not certified.
