FLR M form help!!

Dear All.
I am spouse of British national and applying for extension visa as been stayed out of UK for almost one year.Whilst fill in the form,got stuck at Section 10.Kindly please reply to following questions.

*Section 10.11 FLRM.

Please provide details of any periods of absence more then 6 months during that time?

Didn't understand how to fill this section??Shall i have to mention small holidays as well??

*Section 10.12 Please state what ties you have ???

how to fill this chart???

1) No - you only need to include where you have been out of the UK for more than 6 months in one continuous lump.

2) I'm not sure what confusion you have - it's asking you to say what ties you have to any countries you've got nationality for or have spent more than 5 years in (obviously including your original country!). So you write it down ... if you've got a mother in your home country - write it down ... sister ... write it down etc.
