What are my chances now?

Last year my husbands spouse via was refused because he overstayed in the uk. They also refused because they dont believe our marriage is genuiene.. We appealed and the court date is next month
The ECM has returned the bundle
The ECM has not written why they upheld the decision to refuse
The just attached the first page of refusal and thats it
There is nothing new in the bundle
Is this normal?
What are my chances in court?

were there the only two reasons why you had got rejected?
and what reason did there give to suspect your marriage was not genuine?
as if you can now prove wrong those points there made in the refusal it may help.
but its hard for anyone to say what chances you got in court without knowing the exact points of refusal
