CEFR LEVEL C1 - ENGLISH REQUIREMNT

Hi there,

I have earned BS (HONS) botany degree from Pakistan.

I received an English language Assessment letter for above mentioned degree.

In letter it is mentioned that the education is not on CEFR LEVEL C1.
But it is confirmed that English is the medium of instruction in teaching and examination system.


In 2014 UK spouse application can i use above mentioned degree and letter sent by UK Naric ?
