Hi all,
First of all thank you in advance for reading this. I'm settled in U.K on ILR visa. I legally wed my wife last september in India. The ceremonial wedding is in coming april. I did the legal wedding first so that i can get the marriage certificate and can apply for her visa so that after our ceremonial wedding she can fly back with me. i'm listing certain questions I'm having
1.Since the ceremonial wedding hasn't happened yet, we don't have wedding photos or invitation card to attach with the application. will this affect the application in any way?
2. I live in a 3 bedroom shared house to which my wife will be coming and my landlord is willing to give the no objection letter stating he has no objection in her joining the house. i don't have a Utility bill. is Utility bill necessary?
3. I fulfil the £18600 income threshold criteria. but my monthly income is not the same every month. it fluctuates depending on the overtime i do between £1600 and £1800 gross. so how can i let them know that i do make above £18600/year? i only need to provide 6 months payslip and my p60 for this year comes only in april and i need to apply before that.
4.what needs to be included in the no objection letter from landord and the employment letter from my employer?
once again, thanks a lot for going through this.
have a great day,
Rahul
