Need Sample No Objection letter

hi all,

i have rented a double bedroom in a 3 bedroom house where the landlord lives with his wife aswell. i'm applying for spouse visa for my wife soon so i need a no objection letter from landlord saying that he has no objection in her moving in the property. can anyone help me with a sample letter so i can get an idea of what all details are needed in it?
