Appointment miss india ( fee paid )

Dear Sir
My family was having the appointment on 31st of March 2014 on UKBA Delhi ( India ), They attended there appointment with UKBA delhi(India) at 11 a.m. But unfortunately couldn't able to submit documents/Biometric due to the lack of TB certificate that has been noticed by UKBA delhi staff and has been asked to submit the all required documents along with TB certificate with new appointments .

Now on I am trying to re-schedule the current appointment but I did not find any options to re-schedule the appointment as Re-Schedle option has been disappeared . It would be really great help if you please guide us to reschedule the appointment or how to proceed further. As i have already paid the fee to UKBA online.
