Child born outside of UK with father has BC now

Hi All,

I got my ILR in June 2012(5 yr basis) and then got my UK Citizenship in July 2013.

[b]My wife’s visa history: [/b]

OCT2011 – Came to UK with tier1 dependent
JUNE2012 – Changed from Tier1 dependent to FLR(M)
Out of UK (from SEP 2012 to March 2014) – 1 year 7 months due to medical reasons.

Now I just wanted to check that my wife can apply for ILR (exceptional case) or just extend the existing FLR(M) ?

Baby born in India– May 2013

Applied for UK dependent visa on the basis of settled person in UK in OCT 2013 in india.

In my baby’s case shell we apply BC or ILR(F) or FLR(M) same as wife’s visa?

My family is in UK now.
