Children born outside UK before got ILR

Dear Members,

Me and my wife got ILR last year August. We have had twins(2.5years), born in India, before we got ILR

I would like to apply visa for them.

1)What visa can I apply for them(ILR,Dependant,Citizenship)

2)What documents required

Much appreciated If someone advice me.
