Urgent Timely advice needed

Hi Guys,

I am in awkward situation. Any expert advice is well appreciated.

I am a Biritish citizen working in UK as a contractor. My wife and children are living in India for the past 4 years so the PR is expired.I applied Returning Resident visa for my wife (under exceptional case)and settlement dependent visa for my 2 children at the same time. Now all the 3 applications are rejected.

The reason for rejection for my children is stated as follows:

1. I acknowledge that your father is settled in UK but you are currently residing with your mother and extended family in Inida. Whilst you have a parent settled in UK, your other parents (that of your mother) settlement application to join your sponsor in the UK has been refused. I am not satisfied that you are seeking leave to enter to accompany or join parent, parents or a relative and both parents are present and settled in UK (paragraph 297(i)(a)(c) HC 395 as amended)

2. you have shown you have family support, adequate accommodation, schooling and financial support and there is no evidence of any serious medical condition that may require exceptional or compelling consideration.

3. Furthermore, you have not shown that your sponsor has sole responsibility for you and your upbringing. Therefore I am not satisfied that you are seeking leave to enter to accompany or join a parent, parents and settled in UK.

Can anyone please suggest the ways I can bring my family here please.
