Hi,

I have a question. If a person holds EEA2 residence card. My siblings want to come and join me. How can they come?

If/when you become an EU citizen and you can prove they are dependent on you (a history of payments stretching back) then you can apply.

Note:this doesn't work if you become a British citizen unless you move to another eu country.
