Salary in $, 6 months or 12 months payslip?

Hi all,

I am currently in UK with my husband, he is on a Tier 4 visa. We are seeking settlement visa and I am working for the social media section for a company abroad for $3000/ month, That is more than the required £1550 monthly to make £18600. My question is since I don’t have a fixed pay because of the changing rates with GBP and USD, Do I have to apply with 6 months payslip or 12 month payslip?
