Well she does has income as she teach online to student abroad, we never thought of that income, but I recently registered her in HMRC for taxes and proof of income. Her first tax returns / self assessment will be next year as sole trader / self employed, therefore we don't have any other sources to prove her income to add-up mine.MPH80 wrote:Does your spouse have any income? Well she was Tier 4 Dep and now Tier 1 (PSW) depinzaghi wrote: You mentioned she is PBS dependent.. if it is work permit (tier1,2 not post study work) then the requirement does not apply to you because there was a transitional arrangement for those whose partners were here in such category before the law was introduced on 9th July 2012.
