familt visit visa timeline from pakistan

how long does it take to process visit visa cases in pakistan.
i applied for a family visit visa and application was submitted on 27th of july.
any idea how long it will take since i dont have any thing to check my application status. there is no place provided by the VFS where u can putt your reference no and find out the process of your application.
