Hello all
I got married to a Brtish citizen when on two years post study visa. I was given two years on spousal visa, my spouse and I had problems when I messed up by seeing someone else, yes that was stupid of me. She found out called the Home office and cancelled her support for me. So I pleaded with her and we made up, applied for indefinite leave but was refused. Appealed and appealed until it got to the stage where I was not granted any right for my case to be heard at the upper tribunal.
I applied for article 8 based on my marriage to her and the fact that my wife's son has become souse to me. We have no child together but she had a child from a previous relationship. Now my article 8 application has been refused with no right to appeal.
I have been here for 10 years now. Came to the uk in Jan 2004, my question is, what chances do I stand in making an application based on the 10 years residency route? I want to write to the home office for a judicial review of my case to be considered and I was wondering if anyone could share some light on my case?
Your input will be much appreciated.
