Appeal fees Refund

Dear All,

My spouse appeal was finally allowed in April, 2014, family visit entry clearance visa issued July, 2014 but up till now the appeal refund directed by the Tribunal is yet to be paid.

All emails and phone calls brings to result and the payment yet to be made by the Home office.

Kindly, advice.
