Validity of Bank Statements & Payslips – Spouse Visa

Post by networkers » Tue Aug 19, 2014 12:29 pm

Hi All,

I am about to apply for Spouse visa and would like to know if I send the bank statement dated 10th August 2014 showing salary of July credited in account with Salary slip of July dated 25th July 2014 to my wife so she can submit application on 10th September 2014, will it be acceptable or I need to apply within 30 days from the last July Pay Slip?

I'll be applying under Category 3A.

Please help, thank you.

Your documents must not be older than 28 days.If eco picks on this, technically it can be an issue you never planned for.

:( Thanks Rayking, it means both Bank Statement and Payslip needs to be less than 28 days old or just bank statement?
