My girlfriend is an overstayer and pregnant

Hi Everyone,

Just need some advice about what to do, My girlfriend came to the UK on a tourist visa, she has overstayed 3 years now, I had not known this until she fell Pregnant, then the truth came out about her status, visa, we don't know what to do, right now she cant have any check ups with a GP, Hospital etc, its a very stressful time, which will only get more difficult, she had the right to apply for a Bulgarian Passport which she has done, but I am not sure how that will help or change her status here in the UK.......

If she's Bulgarian then she's allowed to be here. She can and should register with the GP now.

She is not Bulgarian, but she can have a Bulgarian passport through her family, she is Macedonian, and as i said has overstayed 3 years now.

Better applying from home I think, and having the baby there, because AIUI the NHS will want paying for the birth.

Not sure as to the airline rules re: pregnancy and flying....

How can she have a Bulgarian Passport if she's not Bulgarian?
