SET F Form questions

Hi,
I'm struggling in following questions in SET F Form for my 2 years old son. I live in a 2 bed house with open plan Spam and separate dining room.

What should I answer for below questions?


3.3 How many rooms are there for your use?

3.5 How many rooms are there in your sponsor’s home?

Also please advice if I really has to attach a tenancy agreement, is it required as my son was born in UK and living with us since then.
