Spouse settlement application - India

Hi guys,

I am planning to apply for my wife's visa from delhi, India. She is currently working in India for a private company.
While filling up the form online it asks for employment details of the applicant including salary etc.

Is she supposed to submit her original salary slips, bank statements, employer letter etc to confirm her employment?
Will it be ok if she is still in employment when she applies and enters a date of travel to be after 2 months? or does she needs to take any NOC letter from the employer? ( I am hoping that is only required in case of public sector job)

Ques 2.8 : do you intend work in the UK with details? Is It safe to say yes and say "will search for a job"?

As you're the sponsor, she doesn't need to submit any of such from her side. There's no problem if she's working or not.
Being in employment wouldn't affect the application too,neither does she need letter from her employer. It's your sole responsibility to provide all that.
2.8 it's yes,the visa allows her to work of course.
