PBS Dependent of Long Residence

Post by Ahmed786786 » Thu Sep 25, 2014 9:18 pm

Hi Senior Members,
I need your opinion regarding my Tier-2 PBS dependent please advice:
I applied under 10 year residence and expecting my ILR soon and currently planning for my PBS dependent.
I want to take a chance for my PBS dependent in order to apply directly for ILR as pre-july dependent based on already completed the qualifying period for settlement=2 years.
I know that my PBS dependent can not apply for ILR under the current rule but just to take a chance that may be application go through for ILR as totally depend on the case-worker as i hope that he or she not expert for Immigration rules.

What form I should choose to apply to take a chance whether SET(O) or SET(M)?
Which PEO should I Choose? whether Croyden Sheffield Liverpool or Glasgow?

Please reply I will be very thankful to you.
Kind regards
Ahmed

Ahmed i think you are seeking to take a gamble on 1thousand odd pound.

I think you will have extreme difficulty in getting anyone on this forum to endorse your approach.

If you were concerned about your dependent getting ILR, perhaps you should have stayed on PBS until their qualifying period.

You cannot have it both ways.
