Partners or Parent leave to remain

Female married to eu national. Applied for eea2 twice and was refused. Marital circumstances led to a divorce.
Met british partner and in a genuine relationship and have a baby with british partner. currently living with british partner but for a period of 7months, therefore, cannot apply as partners. Can I apply as a parent of a british citizen even though we live together? we are planning to get married next summer but I want to regularise my status earlier so I can work to provide for our baby. what route can i apply for?
