All moderators – Legal battle for Pre-July 2012 Dependents

We are the group of people who secured ILR on the basis of Long residence and our dependents came to UK before July 2012 as PBS dependents. We have formed the Facebook and Whatsapp group and have a strength of above 80 affected people. (increasing regularly)

We are in the process of gathering reasonable amount so that we start a legal challenge to change the rules for our dependants. And Home office give our dependents legal right of settlement as they already have spend considerable amount of time here as PBS dependents.

Without going into further details I do believe most of respectable moderators / gurus and others who are in the business of immigration law have enough knowledge to knows what I am talking about.

Therefore we intended to hire the services of an immigration expert of this forum who is up to this challenge to change this law for us and guide us about all its pro and cons and the possibility of its success.
