IAFT -2 vs IAFT-6

hi all,

My spouse Setttlement visa application was refused by on April 6th 2015 and ECO advise to fill IAFT-6 form should i wish to appeal against the decission. I applied from chennai(India) on Feb 11th 2015. I am wondering,should i be filling IAFT-2 rather IAFT-6 ? Please advise.
