Post by drinkamilk » Sat Apr 25, 2015 4:38 pm

Hello,
my son was born (2004)in UK,
and now we live in Hong Kong.
I want send my son back to UK for education,
but the problem is should I apply a visa in UK as
a visitor ? I can stay less than six months
without a visa. Or I have to apply it in my country?
I asked a solicitor in UK, she's suggesting is
apply it in UK. And what kind of the form should I use
as they don't tell me.I am so worry what if it fails
and it cost so much. Anyone can help me please.
