Urgent: FLRM NEW FORM?? OR FIRST PAGE CHANGED ONLY.

Hi Guys,

I am about to submit my wife's FLRM application and just checked online that the details on the front page of the form are bit different than mine..

I printed my form few weeks ago version 04/15

Current form is also version 04/15 but with the following additional paragraph :

Complete this form only if you are applying for leave to remain in one of the following categories:

* Family life as the partner of .................. (2 years route )
* Family life as the partner of .................. ( 5 year route )
* Family life as the partner of... refugee ...... ( 5 years route )
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Do you guys know if there is any other change in the form ...
I have just printed the first page and replaced the old one.
or should i print whole new form and refill that.?
