Need Help on Family Visitor Visa- Emp and Income Section

Hi,

I'm applying family visitor visa for my mother in law and bit confused on what to answer for some questions in Employment and Income Section.

She is house wife and has some agricultural land on her name, from that she doesn't get any monthly income beside that she doesn't have any other source of income on her own.

She is supported by her Husband. my father in law is retiered government employee, he gets pension and has some got some properties on his name.

Q:Do you have savings, properties or other income, for example from stocks and shares?
A: ??
I have said Yes and mentioned the property worth in pounds, is that right?

Q:How much do you spend each month on living costs?
A: 100

Q:How much of your total monthly income is given to your family members and other dependants?
A: NIL

Q: What is the cost to you personally of your trip in GBP(£)?
A: ??
Not Sure what to answer for this as i'm sponsering the whole trip

A: NIL

Q:The cost of the aeroplane, boat or train tickets
A: NIL

Q: The cost of your accommodation
A: NIL

Q: The cost of your living expenses
A: NIL

Q:Is someone other than you paying for all or a part of your trip?
A: Yes

Q:What is the total amount in GBP(£)?
A: ?? I have mentioned 2500

Can you also let me know what documents do I need to submit with the application from my mother in law and father in law porspective.
