I missed a bank statementand pay slips and an employment letter in my original Application...
now they have given me right of appeal in the form IAFT 2.

I don't know what to right as ground of appeal how do I use human right law article 8, I don't what reason I should put as why im Appealinh any idea?
Also when I submitted my application I had not earned £18600 but was on track to earning that in the couple of months ahead is this going to be a problem?

What is the exact reasons for refusal.

If you were not earning the minimum 18600 at the time of application, I can't see any chance of success of an appeal.

Better to apply fresh when you can demonstrate the financial criteria for the required period.

I was earning tht just date were nt in 28 days of application date on in embassy and missing employment letter. But I appealed nonow I may put a fresh application in ...if it goes to the court.let's seee
