Hi,
I am applying for my wife's Flrm .
1. Do I have to send my original ILR BRP and passport or just photocopies will be enough . Guidance is not very clear as to send originals with copies or just copies will be ok if applying by post. Then it says that partner has to sign declaration section14 but which part 2nd or 3rd. Then there's separate declaration section 15 for spouse. Bit confusing for me .. Please clarify
2. Also in section 2.3 of the form "please indicate what stage of extension of leave you are applying for or why you are choosing to extend your current leave in one of the above categories".
Which box to tick as this is the first time my wife's applying on flrm after my ILR before she was on PBS dependent.
Many thanks in advance.
Faisal
