I'm new on here and would really appreciate some assistance with my husbands FLRM application.
He is here on the five year route (spouse visa) which he now has to extend next month.
My question is in regards to his employment letter. He is applying under cat B for the financial requirement (as he has been in his current job for less than six months). Prior to this he was with his employer for 12 months.
His employment letter has to state the following -
(iii) the period over which they have been or were paid the level of salary relied upon in
the application;
How would this be illustrated in his employment letter as he has only been working there for 3 months? Also, does he need a letter from his previous employer? As the UKBA states the letter needs to confirm payslips are authentic. But what about the payslips for his previous employer?
Please can someone help, I'm starting to panic now - I know all too well how stressful the whole immigration process can be and I really don't want them to reject on something silly.
